we are not currently shipping outside of the UAE, unless you wish to arrange your own personal shipment

returns

please inspect your product on delivery. if there are any damages or defects please contact us immediately so we can assess and find a solution as soon as possible

candles: if there is an issue when burning the candle please let us know as soon as possible and we will replace your candle

sprays: if there is an issue with the spray mechanism please let us know as soon as possible we will replace your spray. *we advise you spray the spray facing straight not facing downwards

for any bespoke orders, due to their personalised nature, we cannot offer any exchange or returns, unless the candle is not burning properly
